Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and executing strategies to achieve the company's sales and profit goals.
• Lead and coordinate the sales team to drive property sales through effective campaigns and promotions.
• Involves developing sales and credit policies, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor trends to inform strategies.
• Support the Chief Marketing Officer in campaign planning and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities.
• Manage departmental staffing, performance reviews, and training to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 7 years of experience in property sales and marketing-related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving targets.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to conduct market research, assess trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
