We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and optimize our online sales channels, including Shopee and TikTok Shop. This role involves strategizing new business opportunities, managing marketing activities, and fostering relationships with key pharmacy partners to expand our market presence in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Online Sales Channels:
- Establish and manage online sales platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Optimize marketing activities on these platforms to maximize revenue.
Assess New Business Opportunities:
- Evaluate potential business prospects.
- Propose effective strategies to target customers and enhance market share in Malaysia.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including Guardian, Watson, Caring Pharmacy, Big Pharmacy, Sephora, Health Lane Family Pharmacy, and AEON Wellness.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media activities across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Manage content creation, advertising campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Influencer Marketing:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with suitable KOLs/KOCs for product promotion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the health and wellness or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative and impactful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Experience in influencer marketing and relationship management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
