Sales / Business Development – Malaysian Market (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and manage key accounts, including major retail chains and strategic partners in Malaysia.
  • Drive sales growth across both offline (modern trade) and online channels (e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop).
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team; set clear targets and drive performance to achieve business objectives.

Marketing & Brand Strategy (Supporting Function)

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across channels.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen brand awareness in the Malaysian market, particularly on digital platforms.
  • Oversee social media activities including content planning, paid campaigns, and audience engagement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives, collaborating with relevant KOLs/KOCs to drive brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to localize content and campaigns in line with market preferences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead and develop the local team while collaborating closely with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
  • Experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Strong business development skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Solid experience in managing both offline (retail/modern trade) and online (e-commerce) sales channels.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and social media ecosystems.
  • Strategic mindset with a proven track record in developing and executing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
