Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new sales opportunities, and implementing marketing strategies to promote client brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, delivering sales presentations, and supporting team training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and prospects.
• Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as skills in Sales Management.
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members to enhance performance and drive results.
• Problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
