About This OpportunityEmax Beauté International is looking for an energetic and self-driven
Sales Merchandiser to grow our brand presence across partner outlets in Klang Valley. You'll be on the ground daily - opening new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, setting up in-store displays, and making sure our products are always visible, stocked, and looking their best. If you enjoy being out of the office, building genuine relationships, and taking pride in how a brand shows up on the shelf, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Open and develop new accounts across gyms, cafés, wellness centres, and specialty retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, and staff to drive repeat orders.
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale materials (POSM) including shelf talkers, posters, fridge branding, and sampling displays.
- Monitor stock levels, product visibility, and display quality at every outlet visit.
- Coordinate timely stock deliveries and follow up to ensure products arrive
accurately and on time.
- Gather outlet feedback, track sell-through performance, and report field insights back to the team.
- Monitor sell-through, gather outlet feedback, and report what is working and what is not working in the market.
- Support sampling days, small activations, and launch setups when needed.
- Maintain clear records of outlet status, orders, stock movement, and merchandising execution.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, field sales, or retail — FMCG, beverage, or beauty experience is a strong advantage.
- Own transport and valid driving licence — this is a field-based role covering, multiple outlets daily.
- Comfortable being on the ground and moving around independently every day.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you'll be interacting with outlet owners and managers regularly.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track stock, orders, and outlet visits accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Proactive and self-directed — able to work without step-by-step supervision.
Nice to Have:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or consumer health products.
- Experience supporting sampling days, brand activations, or product launch events
