Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and responsible on the whole Sales Order Processing Module. 632 system and new Sales Order Processing (OTC 2.0)
  • Main coordinator between all the branchesâ Sales Admin and Salespersons, to handle all the sales orders related matters.
  • Coordinating with Marketing Department on all the inventory matters, from incoming shipment to stock allocation and reservation.
  • Handling of Daily and Monthly Sales reporting, to communicate with Salespersons on the daily and monthly sales progress.
  • Any other assignment as may be instructed by the Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate well with all levels of the team.
  • Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (communication with Dealers / Branches)
  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • To be highly organized and data driven.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Location: Should be able to work in Shah Alam.
