Job Description

Job Responsibility

Oversee and responsible on the whole Sales Order Processing Module. 632 system and new Sales Order Processing (OTC 2.0)
Main coordinator between all the branchesâ Sales Admin and Salespersons, to handle all the sales orders related matters.
Coordinating with Marketing Department on all the inventory matters, from incoming shipment to stock allocation and reservation.
Handling of Daily and Monthly Sales reporting, to communicate with Salespersons on the daily and monthly sales progress.
Any other assignment as may be instructed by the Superior.

Job Requirements

Able to communicate well with all levels of the team.
Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (communication with Dealers / Branches)
Diploma or Degree in any field
To be highly organized and data driven.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Location: Should be able to work in Shah Alam.
