  • Helpdesk & Support
  • Respond to sample inquiries from global stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on sample ordering and stock availability
  • Ensure inquiries are resolved within agreed timelines (Responsive is the key!)
  • Data Monitoring & Escalation
  • Support data checks and reconciliation inquiries and keep accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Escalate risks, stock issues, and system errors (Troubleshoot errors in SAP, Model N, and related systems).
  • System & Process Coordination
  • Monitor and escalate system issues or data discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure close follow-up and timely coordination with relevant teams.
  • Manage cancellation or correction requests for non-sampleable parts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regions for process alignment
  • Work with Planning and Product Group to resolve issues or escalations.
  • Maintain strong communication across global stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fresh Graduate in Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field

Core Competencies

  • Quick learner in system troubleshooting & Responsive
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Clear and structured communication
  • Ability to work independently, stay focused under pressure, and effectively manage escalations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across functions

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with systems and ordering platforms (SAP, Model N, PowerBI etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong ability to perform detailed data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
