Position Summary
Sales Operation Executive/Market Intelligence Support Executive primary function of Sales Operation is responsible to support strategic countries on all administrative work that relates to Commercial task & deliver team target.
Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
You will play an important role to:
- Support on administrative work on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly with assign task.
- Support on review and consolidation for total strategic countries monthly sales forecast.
- Follow up call-in prospect or look for new customers.
- Develop strong analytical skill & highlight keynote from the report.
- Liaise with Finance team to update system price for all customers.
- Handling directly for trading customers/ markets.
- Work together with export sales team & cross function department i.e., customer service team, finance team, logistic team on order / payment / shipment and truck arrangement.
- Compile different types of reports that been assigned.
- Deliver monthly sales target for countries assigned that handling directly.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative work & orders from export customers.
- Support on quotation development.
- Assist in distributors claim from export customers.
- Liaise with inter department for products upgrading / sales forecast / system price / shipment arrangement.
- At any time, undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management/ Head of Department/ Line Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Marketing or other similar educational level
- At least 1 year working experience in Sales Support / Administrative Support role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- IT skill: MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skill for both oral & written
- Customer oriented. Willing to provide good service and commit to internal & external customer, multitasking & set priority
- Goal getter, result oriented, mature, tactful, and committed with high degree of drive and integrity
- Assertive, able to work under pressure & positive outlook
- Achieve timeline for every task been assigned
- Forecast accuracy and Deliver sales target for countries that assigned directly
