About the Role & Team

IDC's Malaysia is looking for Sales Operations Analyst to join our high-performing Sales Operations team in Malaysia and play a critical role in shaping the success of our Asia-Pacific sales organization. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide actionable insights, manage strategic programs, and deliver business intelligence that drives growth and efficiency. What You'll Do

  • Analyze sales performance data to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
  • Develop and present reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide leadership and stakeholders with clear visibility into business performance.
  • Manage Asia-Pacific sales programs focused on forward-looking customer insights, sales performance, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and adherence to governance standards.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on sales efficiency and effectiveness, business and product performance (OKRs/KPIs), customer trends, sales forecasting and planning, market competition, and product positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards across all sales operations activities.

What You Bring

  • has Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 24 years in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles; experience in technology or SaaS industry preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce CRM, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Travel: Less than 10%.
  • Work Model: Hybrid (Malaysia office).
