Role: Sales Operations & Automation Intern

You will work directly with the founder and sales team to streamline lead generation, outreach, and reporting processes. Your focus is not just tracking pipeline, but building and automating the systems that make sales scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sales operations: CRM hygiene, lead enrichment, pipeline tracking
  • Build and maintain AI-powered automations for outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and reporting
  • Integrate tools across CRM, email, LinkedIn, and internal dashboards (HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
  • Analyze funnel performance and propose automation to improve conversion rates
  • Assist with sales reporting for weekly reviews with leadership
  • Research and test new AI tools that can optimize sales and revenue ops

Key Requirements:

  • Based in Kuala Lumpur / Greater Kuala Lumpur region (hybrid working)
  • Strong interest in sales operations, revenue ops, and growth automation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Basic technical skills: working knowledge of APIs, Zapier/n8n, Python or JavaScript a plus
  • Analytical mindset: ability to spot inefficiencies and propose automation solutions
  • Curious, resourceful, and willing to experiment with new AI tools
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields
