Position : Sales Operations & CRM Executive

Industry : Heavy equipment and machinery

Location: Jalan Puchong 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Employment Type : 6 months contract with PERSOL (Maternity Replacement)

Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Mode : Hybrid working arrangement based on approval

Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Start Date : Immediate

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain CRM & ERP systems to support daily business operations
• Act as the key coordinator for parts pricing updates, trade agreements, and system data governance
• Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 and CRM users
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate enhancement requests
• Maintain customer master data and ensure cross-system data accuracy
• Support Power BI dashboard updates and business reporting
• Manage machine listings, customer data mapping, and operational data integrity initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of experience in CRM/ERP administration, business systems support, or data governance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Advanced Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data management skills
