Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive, located in Pertama Complex, KL. The Sales Operations Executive will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless sales processes, provide exceptional customer service, analyze data to identify business opportunities, and support the sales team in meeting their targets. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to streamline operations, optimize performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• SPM and above or a related field.
• Possess own transport & able to travel
• FRESH GRADS are welcome
• Internship are welcome
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the mobile phone industry is a plus
