To coordinate between showroom and HQ in spearheading sales activities which includes planning, organizing, managing and control to achieve business objective in line with the Company's vision and mission
Supervise staff daily activities, sales progress and make sure it adheres to the Company's standard operating procedures (SOP)
Conduct regular store visits and stock checks to ensure efficient retail operations across assigned outlets, and provide timely feedback to HQ on staffing, sales performance, customer trends, and operational issues.
Provide on-ground support during manpower shortages, including overtime when required
Assisting outlets in overall stock positioning, stock management and stock control policies are in place
Monitor and coordinate the effectiveness of the merchandise display, marketing campaign and store execution
Analyze performance to identify opportunities for sales growth, contribute actionable insights for business decisions, and align on improvement plans with the reporting manager.
Identify training needs, conduct regular role play and coaching and effective sales/product training/activities, on the job programs and orientations to get staff equipped and guided
Liaise with mall management on leasing and store-related matters, including fit-out, renovation, and maintenance, to support smooth store operations.
Ensure the lease renewals, validity of business/showroom related licenses and all legal operating requirements are in compliance with legal requirements
Oversee the manpower needs of the stores as well as to elevate the high standards of customer service, grooming and brand image.
