FertiStream, headquartered in Dubai, trades mineral fertilizers globally and offers freight and maritime logistics services. We combine risk management, market intelligence, and tech-driven solutions to optimize supply chains and connect producers with consumers worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Sales Operator who will manage the entire logistics chain from the moment a trader concludes a deal until final invoicing (for both purchases and sales). The role ensures that all contracts are executed according to agreement, risks are mitigated, and unnecessary costs are avoided. This position also maintains strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Ensure sales, purchase, and service agreements comply with company policies; flag deviations and mitigate commercial risks.
- Logistics & Execution: Oversee the logistics chain and invoicing according to contract terms, ensuring all obligations are fulfilled.
- Third-Party Management: Monitor service providers to ensure smooth performance and avoid unnecessary costs.
- System Accuracy: Enter all new transactions by next-day COB; maintain high data accuracy to support correct P&L, cash flow forecasting, and reporting.
- Invoicing: Prepare accurate provisional/final invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, ensuring all commercial terms (price, weight, product, due date) are correctly reflected.
What We Expect
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trading, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in international trading operations, relationship management, or global logistics.
- Strong knowledge of commercial terms, Incoterms, and the global supply chain.
- Fluent English; Chinese is an advantage.
