Sales Planning Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct market surveys and research to gather market, customer, and competitor information.
• Monitor sales performance against budgets and targets, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Prepare sales budget proposals based on business objectives, market conditions, and expected performance.
• Develop sales forecasts and prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
• Propose sales strategies, policies, and action plans to improve business performance and achieve company objectives.
• Coordinate and manage key management meetings, including preparation, presentation of relevant information, and follow-up on action items.

Job Requirements:

Education & Academic

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking, with good report writing and multi tasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
