Job Description

Job scope:

  • Be the go-to person between clients and our creative/production teams fully understand project goals and make sure everyone's aligned.
  • Plan and lead the execution of projects from start to finish campaigns, office renovations, retail identity rollouts, and more.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Proactively identify challenges, flag risks early, and find smart solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, teammates, and management including progress updates and status reports.
  • Create essential project documents (quotations, SLAs, NDAs, execution plans, etc.).
  • Debrief and document learnings after each project to ensure we continuously improve.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in design, technology, and retail trends.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or project management preferably in design & build, events, or retail solutions.
  • Passionate about selling ideas and building long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Confident and composed in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, with basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Have own transportation, willing to travel
