Belibeli is an e-commerce super app scaling aggressively with a subscription model (RM99 monthly / RM999 yearly). To power this growth, we need a recruiter who can build a nationwide rider and driver network and also bring in part-time sales agents to support merchant acquisition.

Role Overview:

Were hiring a full-time National Sales Recruiter based in Klang Valley. Your main focus will be recruiting and onboarding riders and drivers nationwide, with secondary responsibility for growing our part-time salesforce. This is a highly mobile role, youll travel frequently across Malaysia to run interviews, onboarding sessions, and ensure our sales networks are active on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard large numbers of riders and drivers nationwide
• Build pipelines of part-time salespeople to support subscription sales
• Travel across Malaysia to conduct interviews, group onboarding, and training sessions
• Maintain organized databases of active recruits and future candidates
• Partner closely with sales leadership to hit ambitious acquisition targets

• Experience in high-volume recruitment (preferably for logistics, riders, drivers, or sales roles)
• Strong communication and grassroots networking skills
• Independent, organized, and willing to travel regularly nationwide
