Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Representative based in Kuantan. The role involves promoting and selling PruBSN's financial products and services to meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, presenting tailored takaful solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also provide exceptional customer service and educational support to clients about product benefits and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Sales, networking, and relationship-building experience
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Familiarity with financial products, takaful, or insurance is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and resilience in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Kuantan
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
