Key Responsibilities :
Proactively source and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn
outreach, and referrals.
Identify decision-makers (HR, TA, Hiring Managers, Business Owners) and understand their
hiring needs.
Present and sell Foundit recruitment products including job ads, resume database access,
and branding solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
Conduct regular follow-ups and account management to ensure renewals and upsell
opportunities.
Work closely with internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client
satisfaction.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and hiring landscape.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
13 years of B2B sales experience (experience in job portals, recruitment agencies, HR tech,
or SaaS is an advantage).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and hunter-style sales.
Results-oriented, resilient, and commission-driven.
Good time management and ability to work independently.
