Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Engineer, based in Shah Alam. The responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting solutions, and managing sales of REV Energy's exclusive product lines. The role also involves preparing proposals, providing technical support, building strong client relationships, and working closely with the engineering team to tailor solutions for clients requirements. Collaboration with internal teams to create seamless service delivery is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in instrumentation, mechanical systems, and engineering practices
• Strong sales skills, proficiency in client relationship management, and experience in preparing proposals
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively
• Proficiency in computer applications and technical sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the energy, engineering, or machinery sectors is an advantage
• Familiarity with REV Energy's product lines is a plus
