Job Description

This role focuses on acquiring and nurturing SME clients by promoting tailored financing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of SME clients.
  • Promote and sell SME financing products, including working capital loans, term loans, and other commercial lending solutions.
  • Conduct client assessments and recommend appropriate loan structures aligned with business needs.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates affecting SME lending.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in selling SME or commercial loans within a bank, financial institution, or fintech.
  • Solid understanding of SME banking products, credit assessment fundamentals, and loan documentation.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers effectively.
