We're Hiring: AIA Takaful Agent (Klang Valley)

Location: AIA Capsquare, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Income Potential: RM3,500 RM15,000++ (Performance-based commission)

About the Role:

As a Takaful Agent, you'll be providing financial and protection advisory services to clients, focusing on solutions like medical protection, income replacement, and estate planning (Hibah).

This role offers flexible working hours and strong career growth for individuals passionate about helping others achieve financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult clients on health & financial protection solutions.

Recommend suitable Takaful plans (Medical, Hibah, Critical Illness, etc.).

Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up.

Educate clients about financial literacy and risk protection.

Requirements:

Malaysian citizen, aged 21 and above

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply min diploma

Willing to work independently (Part-time or Full-time)

Good communication skills

Own transport is preferred (motorcycle or car)

Tech-savvy (iPad or basic computer skills is a plus)
