Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Georgetown, with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs, providing training and support, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals. You will also play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members
  • Knowledge of Sales Management practices and strategies
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
