Job Description

Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales KPIs within the Central Region.
Manage and develop relationships with dealer networks and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share through consultative selling.
Analyze customer data and market insights to develop business growth plans.
Utilize digital tools and e-commerce platforms to improve customer engagement and prospecting activities.
Conduct product, technical, and commercial training sessions for customers.
Monitor customer performance, sales achievements, forecasts, and payment collections.
Gather market intelligence and coordinate with internal teams to address customer and technical service requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Diploma or Degree holder with 0-5 years of work experience.
Mandarin speaking ability is mandatory; Hokkien or Cantonese is an added advantage.
Open to candidates with experience in FMCG, automotive, lubricants, industrial, consumer products, or/and B2B sales environments is an added advantage.
Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and support commercial decisions.
Self-motivated, curious, adaptable, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
