Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Review architectural plans and prepare quotation or Bills of Quantity (BQ)
  • Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
  • Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets for hire and document contractors and subcontractors.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and project team
  • Identify potential financial or construction risks.
  • Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs.
  • Document progress, materials, and reports on project.
  • Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates.
  • Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs.
  • Prepare and review tender document, quotation, bill of quantities, letter of award and contract.
  • Site visit before and after work done to ensure correct quote and billing.
  • To source for suppers and sub-contractors of various trades to submit quotations for the projects and evaluate the quotations accordingly.
  • To prepare quotation & tender BQ to client and liaise with HOD for costing.
  • Documentation of contract related paperwork accordingly (eg. LOA, Quotation Tender, Tender Drawing) during pre-construction stage.
  • Request quotation from supplier and sub- contractor and to ensure supplier & sub- contractor revert on time.
  • Adhere to all companys ISO Policies and Procedures.







Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
  • Proven experience 3 years in contract management, tender management, pre-construction, construction phases, and project coordination within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, tendering processes, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project,).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Must be able to read and write Mandarin as need to deal with China vendor
