Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Sell the services and solutions that the company offers.
  • Communicate with client in person, to understand their needs.
  • Recommend and propose the best services for customers based on their individual needs.
  • Maintain and grow a strong client base.
  • Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
  • Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and services enquiries.
  • Be a brand ambassador that represents the companys brand and values.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various services.
  • Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
  • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with colleagues from all department including sales mate to share expertise, work as a team to achieve the better sales goals.
  • Works to reach sales quotas and delivers sales reports to upper management.
  • Responsible to achieve assigned sales target and KPIs.
  • Follow up on leads to create sales opportunities and increase sales conversion.
  • To handle ad-hoc assignment and project as tasked by Head of Sales Department or upper management

Job Requirements

  • Candidate with SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma;
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English; Knowledge in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage;
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experiences in the relevant field (Marketing will be good), or sales.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Meticulous and independent;
  • Must be positive character and good team player, having high patience.
  • Must be able to travel outstation/oversea.
  • Ability to work under challenging environment, including accept challenges.
  • Must be flexible and agile to adjust into different environment eg. Low sales and high sales situation.
