We are currently hiring Korean-speaking Customer Support Agents with Sales Experience for a leading tech project. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused and sales-driven.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer support while driving sales for a tech project.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and closing deals
• Provide product/service information and recommendations
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Korean (Speak, Read & Write)
• English proficiency: SVAR B2 or above
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (BPO / Retail / Tele-sales preferred)
• Diploma or higher qualification

Required Skills

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer support
• Familiarity with tech products

Pay range and compensation package

• Basic Salary: RM 9500
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM 300
• Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM 300
