Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads, including prospecting.
• Manage and track leads in a CRM system.
• Conduct outreach to potential partners.
• Support product development tailored to the Malaysian audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in Malayalam (written and spoken, mandatory).
• English at a working level.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills and high written literacy.
• Reliable PC and stable internet connection.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support is a plus.
