Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct meetings or presentations to showcase Envicion Studio's services. The role includes preparing proposals, following up on leads, and negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the marketing and project teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and support long-term partnerships. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, providing timely reporting to management, and continuously improving product knowledge and market insights.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, listen actively, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals in a B2B or agency environment.
- Background in Sales Management or account management tasks, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and goal setting, is an advantage.
- Experience in Training or coaching team members or clients on solutions, processes, or best practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Familiarity with marketing, branding, or property development sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software; strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
