Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Sungai Buloh. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, present TRON's mobility solutions and lease-to-own programs, and guide prospective drivers and partners through the sales process from initial contact to onboarding. The role includes conducting product briefings and training sessions, explaining pricing and contract terms, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to vehicle deployment. The Sales Specialist will maintain strong relationships with drivers and partners, provide after-sales support, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Daily activities also involve updating CRM records, preparing sales reports, and contributing feedback to improve TRON's offerings and driver growth ecosystem.
