Job Description

Job Responsibility

Provide good sale services to customers and share product knowledge with customers.
Develop new customer base and generate sales from new and existing customers.
Handle all customer enquiries, request and complaint promptly, accurately and professionally.
Handle all sales documentation accurately and professonally.
Work as a team to support sales operations and inventory management.
Issue quotations and invoices to customer.
Follow up with customer orders promptly and professionally.
Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop new business.
Maintain good product display and cleanliness and tidiness in shop.
Attend product training and constantly study latest product information.
Feedback latest customer trends and propose sales idea to management.
Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers.
Introduce, explain and educate customers on product features and benefits according to each customer needs, budget and lifestyle.
Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve personal sales target, group target.
Attend roadshows/exibition/fair on schedules basis/ as when needed.
You are also required to perform the duties as may prescribed by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (added advantage)
No working experience needed as training will be provided
Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates
Able to work on retail hours and public holidays
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
