Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Seri Kembangan. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information on roof leaking, gutter cleaning, and waterproofing services. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing quotations, following up on prospects, and coordinating closely with the operations team to schedule site visits and service work. The role involves explaining technical service options in clear, accessible language, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting customer service activities before and after project completion. The Sales Specialist is expected to contribute to sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and uphold the company's professional image.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical roofing solutions clearly and build trust with customers.
- Candidates should possess sales and customer service skills, such as lead management, negotiation, basic quotation preparation, and follow-up on prospects.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills to manage appointments, track sales activities, and collaborate effectively with the technical team.
- Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of roofing, gutter cleaning, and waterproofing services or be willing to learn these areas.
- Relevant experience in field sales, construction, home services, or similar industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Seri Kembangan, travel to customer locations as needed, and adapt to outdoor working environments is required.
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Malay and/or Chinese is an added advantage.
- Minimum secondary school education; a higher qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
