Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Bandar Klang. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements, providing detailed information about vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales
• Deliver clear and engaging product presentations to highlight key features and benefits
• Assist customers with test drives, ensuring a smooth and informative experience
• Manage and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Working Schedule

Qualifications
• Sales & Negotiation Skills
Proven ability to convert inquiries into successful sales while negotiating effectively to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Product Knowledge
Basic understanding of automobiles, including features and specifications, with the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
• Organizational Skills
Skilled in managing sales records, tracking leads, and conducting timely follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration
Able to work effectively with team members to achieve shared sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Communication Skills
Fluent in Chinese, Malay, and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of customers.
