Role Description

This is a contract-based / permanent, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Sales & Proposal Executive. The successful candidate will handle client communications, develop proposals, and manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiations and generating new business leads. Core responsibilities include preparing project proposals, responding to tenders, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. Additionally, the role involves preparing periodic sales reports, ensuring client satisfaction, and representing Suria Infiniti in key business engagements.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Proposal and Documentation: Expertise in drafting project proposals, preparing tender documents, and ensuring accuracy in technical and financial details.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and assess client needs effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with renewable energy, electrical engineering, or energy efficiency concepts; experience with PV solar systems or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and any related CRM or project management software.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields; prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Other Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Additional Certifications: Certifications in project management and knowledge of renewable energy frameworks will be an advantage.
