Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales operations to meet targets and contribute to business growth
  • Support managers by maintaining effective client communication and providing timely feedback to improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients to support informed decision-making
  • Monitor marketing expenses and control spending within budget limits to optimize resource allocation
  • Evaluate sales team performance regularly and implement targeted improvements to increase productivity and effectiveness
  • Apply organizational skills to schedule tasks, control inventory, and prioritize activities to ensure operational efficiency
