Role: Sales Supervisor

Location: Upper North

Key Responsibilities

• Distributor Management: Manage key distributor relationships and oversee daily operations, including regular business reviews.
• Business Expansion: Drive sales growth and expand market presence across Kedah.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve business goals.
• Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, business planning and operational issues, ensuring effective execution and timely resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experienced in FMCG Trade Field Sales
• Experience in managing distributor sales representative.
• Proven track record in distributor management and sales operations.
• Trade experience within the Northern region market.
