Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to Sales Department.
  • Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
  • Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, prepare and distribute monthly reports.
  • Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing reports.
  • Maintain promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, answering questions.
  • Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
  • Forward samples by entering request, arranging shipment, notifying customer.
  • Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials.
  • Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher Secondary / STPM / A-Level / Pre-U or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
  • Able to work well in a fast-pace environment.
  • Able to work independently at the same time a good team player.
  • Possess keen eye for details, dependable, able to multi-task and take initiative in solving problems.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to speak and write in Chinese would be an added advantage.
  • Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, able to interact with various groups/levels of people and willing to learn for self-improvement.
