Medien is expanding our Medien MaxTrack Commercial Team and we are looking for a responsible, disciplined and customer-focused Sales Support Associate (SSA) to support hospital, clinic, customer and field sales operations.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in medical device sales, healthcare customer support, sleep therapy, respiratory care, CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen therapy and field-based sales support.

About the Role

The Sales Support Associate will support customer follow-up, hospital and clinic engagement, device trial coordination, product demonstration, documentation, delivery/collection arrangement, sales reporting and after-sales support.

You will work closely with the Strategic Account team, Sales Leader, Outlet Support team, Service team, Inventory team and Management to ensure every lead, appointment, trial, quotation, delivery and follow-up is properly handled.

This is a field-based and target-driven role. The candidate must be comfortable visiting hospitals, clinics, customers and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Support hospital, clinic, doctor and customer account follow-up.
- Assist in lead generation, appointment arrangement and customer follow-up.
- Support product demo and explanation for CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen concentrator, portable oxygen concentrator, ventilator-related solutions and MaxTrack monitoring workflow.
- Coordinate CPAP/BiPAP trial, PAPNAP, MaxTrack O₂ Ring setup, sleep test and oxygen therapy support workflow.
- Prepare and follow up quotation, trial, rental, delivery, collection, documentation and payment status.
- Update CRMT, SSAT, customer records and sales tracker accurately.
- Support doctor, clinic and hospital engagement activities.
- Coordinate with Outlet, Service, HTP, AIC, HQ and Sales team.
- Monitor customer follow-up status and prevent lost leads.
- Support after-sales service, customer feedback and Google Review request.
- Maintain proper documentation and escalation for complaint, technical issue, stock issue or clinical concern.
- Achieve monthly sales support KPI and territory activity targets.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related field.
- Experience in sales support, healthcare, medical device, pharmacy, clinic, hospital, customer service or field sales is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn may apply.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers, clinic staff, hospital personnel and internal teams.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM/tracker and basic reporting tools.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for field visits.
- Good follow-up discipline and documentation habit.
- Able to work independently and follow daily activity plan.
- Responsible, punctual, organised and target-driven.
- Must be willing to follow company SOP and escalation procedure.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

- Hungry to learn and grow in healthcare sales.
- Comfortable doing field visits and customer follow-up.
- Good at communication and relationship building.
- Disciplined in reporting and daily updates.
- Responsible with company devices, customer records and documentation.
- Able to support both sales and service workflow.
- Interested in sleep, respiratory care and medical device solutions.

Important Role Note

This is not a clinical decision-making role. The Sales Support Associate may explain approved product information and support basic device workflow, but must not diagnose, prescribe, change clinical settings or provide unauthorised medical advice. Clinical, safety and technical matters must be escalated to the correct company PIC.

Suggested Salary Package

Basic Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500
Travel Allowance / Claims: Subject to company policy
Incentive: KPI / commission based on performance and collection
Expected Income for Performer: RM4,000 – RM6,000+
