Job Description

Job scope:

Provide technical consultation and engineering solutions to customers, supporting pre- and post-sales activities.
Work with sales teams, customers, principals, and suppliers to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training.
Develop cost-effective engineering solutions and support projects from start to completion.
Source products and suppliers while identifying market trends and new opportunities.
Coordinate customer visits, quotations, technical support, and project documentation.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
