This role requires a strong understanding of SAP licensing, commercial processes, and contract management to support our sales and presales teams. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient management of SAP licenses and related processes, contributing to client satisfaction and seamless operations.
About the Role
- Oversee SAP licensing, including user volume tracking, renewals, and conversions.
- Analyze client usage data to recommend optimal licensing solutions.
- Collaborate with the presales team to align licensing options with client needs.
- Review and manage commercial contracts and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and maintain accurate records.
- Use data-driven insights to enhance contract management efficiency.
- Manage and maintain the SAP for Me portal for client account and license monitoring.
- Use the portal to analyze client system landscapes, license consumption, and renewal opportunities.
- Generate and interpret reports to support decision-making for licensing and access management.
- Assist in managing and streamlining identity access processes related to SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and best practices.
- Work closely with presales to suggest appropriate licensing and architecture solutions.
- Align commercial processes with SAP architecture requirements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with global teams, ensuring timely follow-up during overlapping hours.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in licensing and commercial processes.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to track licensing utilization, contract performance, and process efficiency.
- Present actionable insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Actively engage with clients and internal teams to address queries, renewals, and contract updates.
- Provide clear, professional communication in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
- SAP certifications or relevant training (preferred).
- Solid understanding of SAP licenses, SAP for Me, and SAP architecture (S4 Hana).
- Proficiency in managing SAP licensing processes, including renewals, conversions, and analytics.
- Experience with identity access management is an advantage.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and reporting platforms.
- Ability to create visual dashboards and performance metrics for tracking key processes.
- Experience in sales administration, contract management, or SAP-related roles.
- Background in SAP IT Consulting or familiarity with SAP systems is a significant advantage.
- Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
