We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to support the Sales team in managing customer enquiries, coordinating leads, and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and suppliers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, assisting with follow-ups and documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records to support effective sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all sales enquiries received via website, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements clearly and accurately through effective communication and needs assessment.
- Discuss customer enquiries and requirements with the Manager and coordinate the assignment of leads to the appropriate Sales personnel.
- Support Sales personnel in following up on customer enquiries and quotations where required.
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers for packaging-related matters in support of Sales activities.
- Assist Sales personnel in managing packaging specifications, samples, pricing, and timelines with suppliers.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain sales-related documentation, excluding sales order processing, as required by the Sales team.
- Ensure all customer information, enquiry records, and related documentation are properly updated and maintained.
- Support internal coordination between Sales, Operations, suppliers, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth handover and execution.
Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field.
- Chinese language proficiency required to liaise with China-based suppliers.
- Good written and spoken in English and any other local language.
- Pleasant personality, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a sense of urgency in delivering work in a timely and efficient manner.
