Job Overview

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Singapore sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of both pre- and post-sales activities. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this role plays a critical part in coordinating turnkey projects, managing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate customer data across systems.

Working closely with country leadership and cross-functional teams, the role contributes to improving internal processes, supporting client engagement, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness, which ultimately support revenue generation and reinforces the company's reputation for professionalism and service quality.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. You bring a proactive, service-oriented mindset, communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers, and ensure smooth coordination of administrative and sales support processes. Comfortable working across teams and handling data and documentation, you take ownership of your responsibilities and consistently represent the company with professionalism and reliability.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Support the coordination and execution of turnkey and ad-hoc projects across departments, working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with country leadership to develop, maintain, and improve systems, including data management practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including quotations, service contracts, and service reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and manage the client database (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively supports sales and after-sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company's products, services, and internal processes.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, upholding brand standards and delivering a positive customer experience.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales support, administration, or operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and support continuous improvement.
