Sales Support Specialist

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Puchong who will be assisting our sales team in the sales pipeline. This is a full-time on-site role, and you will be instrumental in tracking our sales data, managing sales leads & clients relationship, and achieving sales targets. Some remote work is acceptable, and the role is based in Puchong, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Have Interest/Passion in the Pro Audio industry
• Ability to maintain relationships & sales process.
• Service & data driven
• Strong motivation to learn

Relevant experiences that would be beneficial: (optional)

• Have some experience with broadcast, live event productions or system installation projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Some experience in sales or client service related jobs
