Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

. Prepare BOQ and quotations, master in Microsoft excel

. Prepare and design AutoCAD layout plan & technical drawing as client/designer needs

. Produce drawing for project sites

. Understand and interpret technical requirement and provide technical information to supervisor

. Coordinate with sales and factory on projects

. Place orders by transferring orders to factory and coordinate with factory for all necessaries

. Able to prepare Purchase order (PO) and invoices

. To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time

Requirement:

. Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Interior/Industrial Design or its equivalent

. Minimum 3 years of related working experience

. Able to work independently under tight timelines

. Active learning and growth mindset

. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

. Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

. Proficient in English
