Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a telesales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive B2C sales with a customer-first approach.
  • Conduct daily huddles/weekly meetings and track performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and prepare performance reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Team Lead.
  • Proven telesales background (B2C preferred).
  • Excellent English communication (C1 level).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and Excel skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
