Job Description

Job descriptions:

  • Lead, coach, and guide a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Organize and assign sales territories to ensure effective market coverage and optimal team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and setting clear objectives.
  • Offer continuous coaching, mentoring, and support to help team members improve skills and performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales and team leadership (FMCG, hospitality or wine industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of wine or eagerness to learn.
  • Disciplined, accountable, and adaptable to company policies.
