Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of RM/ Senior RMs/ Associate RMs/ CASH RMs to achieve the team sales target by maximizing acquisition/ referral opportunities and deepening existing Client relationships for the Priority Client segment to the specified service standards.
  • Must be able to be coach and drive sales for the priority banking RM team on all investment products (UT, Retail Bond , Structured Investment , Bancassurance, Legacy products) and all other products that is suitable for the Priority banking customer.
  • Drive customer Journey and activities for the segment.

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years experience in banking with demonstrable knowledge of banking practices.
  • Possess all relevant investment & insurance certifications and licensing (PCEIA LIFE/ CEILLI/ FIMM/ PRS/ IPPC).
  • Must have experience as a Priority banking deepening RM for at least 3 years.
  • Favorable track record in managing sales and / or operations or demonstrated ability to achieve strong sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a service culture.
  • Understanding of policies and procedures, ABM rules / Bank Negara FEA regulations.
