Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Presales professional to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for providing technical presales expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions to meet their business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical & Commercial Skills

Strong Infrastructure understanding of:
Linux and enterprise operating systems
Data centre and hybrid cloud architectures
Middleware, virtualization, and platform services
Enterprise hardware and infrastructure stacks
Software Engineering & Platform Knowledge
Solid foundation in software engineering principles, including:
Application architecture (monolithic, microservices, container-based)
API-driven and service-oriented architectures
Software lifecycle concepts (SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps)
Hands-on experience with enterprise licensing and subscription models
Ability to map technical solutions to business value

Platforms & Ecosystems

Experience with one or more of the following:
Red Hat / Linux platforms
IBM enterprise software
Microsoft Azure
AWS
Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with OEM hardware and vendor ecosystems is an advantage

Communication & Professional Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical and licensing concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills
Customer-focused, outcome-driven mindset
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deal-driven environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Certifications (Advantageous)

Red Hat, Linux, or Open-Source certifications
AWS / Azure / Cloud Architect certifications
TOGAF, CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent enterprise certifications

REQUIREMENT

2–5 years of experience in:
IT Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or
Software Engineering with strong customer-facing exposure
Experience supporting enterprise software, platform, and infrastructure solutions is strongly preferred
