JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Sales Trainer/ Quality analyst facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training/ Coaching to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems but also monitors and evaluates the quality of the interactions, compliance with client process and provide relevant coaching to the team members . The Sales Trainer/ Quality analyst collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide employees with skills-based, client coaching to support achievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction
- Partner with team members to develop a training/ Quality program designed to enhance client sales knowledge associated with any of our sales motions
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories
- Oversee and validate the delivery and quality of provided training
- Track the effectiveness of training interventions through multiple assessment tools
- Work with all team members to improve sales systems to achieve a positive customer experience
- Maintain a high level of communication with your team to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developed
- Maintain high level of knowledge about our clients, customer interaction, and evolving business environment for relevant training content delivery
- Help create a culture of learning where individuals manage their own development, competence, and performance
- Monitors & evaluates calls, emails & chats based on a pre-defined evaluation form as agreed & alignment with project
- Provide the areas of improvement & monitor weekly with a progressive report. WoW improvement quality dashboard
REQUIREMENT
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service, training or sales capacity
- Expertise in training/ Coaching within your peer group
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Technical skills in MS Office
- Experience prioritizing concurrent projects and demonstrating project management skills
- Experience demonstrating multiple strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience
