Skills/Experience
· Preferably at least 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and demonstrated experience with Agentforce, WhatsApp and Omni-Channel.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
- Experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Apex, Flow and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control and automated deployment processes specific to Salesforce.
- Experience to implement and support payment gateway integrations and secure digital signature workflows to facilitate customer transactions and document management.
- Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Flow, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
- Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications (example: 3CX, Novade, Netcore, QuestionPro, PowerBI, Seampify)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I.
· Have experience in developing AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein, including predictive analytics, recommendation models, and chatbots to enhance customer engagement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Customize Einstein features, such as Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, and Einstein Prediction Builder, to deliver personalized and intelligent customer interactions.
